NongHyup Bank announced on Dec. 11 that it has completely changed NH All One Bank, the bank¡¯s main smartphone application.
The application enables customers to check their asset and consumption status at all financial institutions by linking MyData to the main screen.
NongHyup Bank improved customer convenience by providing various life-related content, such as real estate, automobiles, and economic news through the application.
The smartphone application links key services of financial affiliates of NongHyup Financial Group, such as the Damoa Loan Service, which allows customers to immediately check their assets at NongHyup Financial affiliates.
Loan products of the affiliates are recommended in an integrated manner so customers can choose the best loan products for them.
At the end of this year, NH All One Bank will also provide specialized services for minors, such as opening a non-face-to-face account and providing a check card issuance function with the consent of a legal representative to increase minors¡¯ convenience.
¡°We will do our best to provide differentiated customer experiences by providing not only financial services but also various services in everyday life such as travel, real estate, and automobiles through NH All One Bank App,¡± a NongHyup Bank official said.

Participation in 2023 Korea Children¡¯s Fair
NongHyup Bank announced on Dec. 8 that it ran a banker job experience booth in the 2023 Korea Children¡¯s Fair at the Third Exhibition Hall of SETEC in Daechi-dong, Seoul for two days starting from Dec. 8.
The 2023 Korea Children¡¯s Fair, sponsored by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family Affairs, and the National Council, to tackle the nation¡¯s low birthrate and aging, offered various hands-on experience programs on children¡¯s safety and rights, play, and food under the theme of ¡°Creating a Happy Korea for Children.¡±
NongHyup Bank opened a bank job experience booth where children could experience financial devices such as banknote counters, passbook terminals and iliac vein sensors used at actual banks.
Children enjoyed various programs such as serving customers and opening passbooks as bank employees in the booth.
Meanwhile, NongHyup Bank took home the Seoul Mayor¡¯s Citation for its contribution to financial education for children and youths and the prevention of financial accidents involving them at the opening ceremony of the 2023 Korea Children¡¯s Fair.
Renewal of NH Financial Map Renewal
NongHyup Bank announced on Dec. 5 that it renewed NH Financial Map, an in-depth analysis of big data about its customers.
NH Financial Map is a visualized statistical report that analyzes income, consumption, savings, and loans based on nationwide samples, making it easy to understand how much citizens of 17 large local governments earn, spend, save and borrow.
This year, the scope of commercial district analysis was expanded from cities, counties, and districts to neighborhoods and blocks.
At the same time, the map included content comparing and analyzing sales of the five main consumer goods.
¡°We will continue to expand the content range of NH Financial Map so that NH Financial Map can be used to establish local governments¡¯ small business policies and support youths¡¯ entrepreneurship,¡± said Jung Jae-ho, head of the Data Division at NongHyup Bank.
Rice Sharing Event
NongHyup Bank announced that Its IT Love Sharing Team delivered 1,500 kilograms of rice to a welfare center in Anyang, Gyeonggi Province on November 24.
The rice will be delivered to elderly people who are living alone in order to join the national movement to promote rice consumption and to convey warmth and affection to neighbors.
¡°We hope to reach out to underprivileged neighbors who are experiencing greater difficulties due to rising prices and farmers who are suffering from a decrease in rice consumption,¡± said Park Soo-ki, vice president of the IT Division at NongHyup Bank who attended the event.
Meanwhile, members of the IT Love Sharing Team have been conveying love to marginalized neighbors through donations to protective organizations (children with disabilities, the elderly), rural volunteer activities, and sharing events since 1989.
