Hana Bank announced on Oct. 8 that it will hold an integrated advertising campaign titled “Hana for Football, Hana for Finance” as a bank supporting the national football team of Korea.
On Oct. 1, Hana Bank unveiled the new bank advertisement campaign featuring Korean national footballer superstar Son Heung-min in ads on TV and YouTube.
At the same time, the bank announced that it will hold “Win the Golden Shoe” contest, which is a big customer event to support the Korean national football team until the end of December.
The advertisement video is based on a football game and expresses Hana Bank’s wealth management, global and digital competitiveness in connection with Son’s powerful performances as a football player at the world’s highest level, including in the English Premier League and national team matches.
“Win the Golden Shoe” is an event for the Korean people to wish for Team Korea’s victories in the Qatar World Cup in November.
Through this event, you can sign up for ‘Best 11 Installment Savings’ with an annual interest rate of up to 11 percent (before tax) which was launched on Nov. 7; ‘Individual IRP’, ‘One Dollar Foreign Currency Installment Savings’; ‘Housing Subscription General Savings’ and receive ‘One Q Ball’.
One Q Ball will also be given to those who newly subscribe to the Hana Hap Service and connect data from three or more financial industries. With One Q Ball, you will be able to apply for various events to win prizes.
Customers can check the number of One Q Balls they have and whether or not they won through Hana One Q.
Prize winners will receive a small golden shoe, golden cards and footballs autographed by Son and Korean national team uniforms among others.
In addition, Hana Bank will provide various nice prizes, such as fried chicken coupons, discount coupons for delivery foods through an automatic lottery to customers who sign up to open their Best 11 Installment Savings accounts so that customers will be able to have more fun while rooting for Team Korea in the World Cup.

In the meantime, Hana Bank announced on Nov. 7 that it won the Best Korean PB Bank Prize at the 14th Global PB Awards co-hosted by The Banker and PWM.
By winning the award this time, Hana Bank has picked up the Best Korean PB Bank Prize for the 10th time this year since winning it in 2011.
At the awards ceremony held in London, England, The Banker selected Hana Bank as the best PB bank in Korea, saying that Hana Bank earned high points in wealth management expertise specialized for wealthy people, differentiated services such as art banking and art advisory and digital asset management services for PB customers.
As a result, Hana Bank made a staggering achievement of winning all four major PB awards organized by global financial magazines in 2022 following 2021.
In February of this year, Hana Bank won the Best Korean PB Bank Prize for the 15th time in its history from Euromoney, and took home the Best Global Client Service Prize, the Best Global Technology Solution PB Bank Prize and the Best Korean PB Bank Prize from Global Finance.
In October, it nabbed the Outstanding North Asian PB Bank Prize and the Best Asian PB Prize from PBI.

Meanwhile, Hana Bank is also holding an event to commemorate the achievement of the grand slam to win the four major global PB awards.
Hana Money worth 10,000 won will be given to the first 3,000 people who received PB counseling services through Hana Bank’s mobile app until Dec. 9.
