Samsung Electronics released the most powerful Galaxy S22 series in major countries around the world on Feb. 25. The latest tablet Galaxy Tap S8 series has been also put on the market.
The countries in which the Galaxy S22 series was released on the day totaled 40, including Korea, the United States, Canada, UK, France and other whole area of Europe. Galaxy Tap S8 series was also released in Korea, the United States and Europe.
Samsung Electronics plans to expand the number of countries with the release of the latest products to about 130 by mid-March.
Samsung Galaxy S22 series has received rave reviews from consumers around the world, especially its Nightography technology, which takes excellent night photos, differentiated S Pen productivity experience, and more souped-up mobile experiences, including reinforced neutral processor unit (NPU).
Preorders, conducted in about 70 countries after the S22 series was unveiled on Feb. 10, saw their best-ever results in the history of the Galaxy smartphone.
Preorders for Galaxy S22 series more than doubled those of the Galaxy S21 series.
Galaxy S22 Ultra has led the sensation preorders, with a more than 60 percent portion. Preorders for about 1,020,000 Galaxy S22 series were done in Korea.
The record preorders for the Galaxy S22 series forced the company to move the opening of prior subscribers¡¯ phones from Feb. 24 to March 5.
Galaxy Tap S8 series, with the first-ever Ultra version, has enjoyed popularity with powerful multi-tasking and a large-sized display. Global preorders for the series have more than doubled those of the previous model series.
Galaxy Tap S8 Ultra, with a 14.6-inch large-sized display, has led the glowing reviews with a 50 percent share.

With a fully disaggregated architecture, Samsung¡¯s vRAN runs on commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) servers, offering features and performance that are equivalent to traditional hardware-based equipment.
