Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corp. (LX) has turned to the newly developed cadastral survey system ¡°Mobile Landigo¡± as a solution of reinventing work on-site cadastral survey.
LX held an event to test-operate the cadastral survey system ¡°Mobile Landigo,¡± developed by LX¡¯s Geospatial Division with staffers with the Cadastral Business Office of LX¡¯s Geospatial Business Division in attendance at an area in Baegu-myon, Gimjae City, on Aug. 5.
Mobile Landigo is part of LX¡¯s efforts to pursue knowledge service innovation. It will determine whether decisions on cadastral survey outcomes, using drone maps and integrated cadastral information, can be made.
As LX is expected to dramatically reduce work processing time by transmitting data to on-sites in real time via the Mobile Landigo, it is expected to enable the flexible operation of on-site cadastral survey teams and rapid responses to public requests for cadastral surveys. Shortening a cadastral survey period is expected to raise public satisfaction, LX said.
Kim Yong-ha, head of LX¡¯s Cadastral Survey Division, said, ¡°Mobile Landigo will spearhead knowledge service innovation by applying mobile cadastral survey technologies in junction with the super-connected era of the 4th Industrial Revolution.¡±
¡°LX will strive to raise public benefits and expand services by holding idea contests and innovation completion events in order to establish itself as a national geospatial information service entity, beloved by people,¡± he said.
