Sindoh, 2D & 3D printer maker, ranked first in the office multifunction machine category at the 2020 Korean Standard Quality Excellence Index (KS-QEI). The coveted standing went to Sindoh for a combined eleventh time.

KS-AQEI is a comprehensive index on customer satisfaction and quality excellence, every year released by the Korean Standards Association (KSA) and Korea Standards Quality Management Association (KSQM) based on a survey of Korean consumers and experts. KS-QEI is calculated on two categories – use quality and emotional quality.

The use quality category is divided into six segments, including performance, reliability and endurance. The emotional quality category is divided into three segments – image, cognitive component and novelty.

Sindoh, marking the 60th anniversary this year, has dominated the Korean office multifunction machine market based on excellent technology prowess and solution services since the company released the nation’s first printer and facsimile.

Sindoh boasts the nation’s top-tier service competitiveness with a network of 11 service centers and about 500 service outlets and designated shops across the nation.

Sindoh’s office multifunction machine products have earned a reputation in the office environment with excellent quality and competitiveness to raise work efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.

The company has emerged as a leader of the domestic office equipment market by releasing the diverse latest products such as smart color multifunction printer “D450,” black multifunction printer “N620,” high-performance color multifunction printer “C300,’ and color laser printer “P300dn.”

Sindoh is also devoting itself to offering office solutions optimized for a corporate printing environment.

The company has nurtured its expertise in the office solution segment by releasing “MPS Solution,” an integrated document solution designed to reduce maintenance costs such as corporate paper management costs, “Smart Office Solution,” tailored to meet smart work and cloud office environment, “Sindoh SecuOne,” a package of paper security solutions, “DocuOne,” a solution of editing, converting and integrating e-document.

Sindoh will continue to realize higher customer satisfaction values by developing and releasing the latest high-performance products with an excellent competitive edge down the road, Lee said at an awards ceremony.

Meanwhile, Sindoh is firing on all cylinders to spur changes and innovation under the catchphrase “Start, New Sindoh.” Sindoh has aggressively invested not only 2D and multifunction printers but also the new business 3D printing segment in which it entered in 2015.

Sindoh has been actively involved in collaboration to release products with a global competitive edge in the new business segment, as the company struck a strategic partnership agreement with Materialise, a 3D software company in Belgium.
