Sindoh has built up a full industrial, large-sized 3D printing lineup by releasing 3DWOX 30X. The move comes as a strategic decision while the industrial 3D printing market shows signs of explosive growth.

3DWOX 30X is a fused filament fabrication (FFF) 3D printer capable of printing layouts up to 740mm x 490mm x 150mm. If you print industrial products using a large-sized 3D printer, you can print more perfect printouts.

FFF is a 3D printing process that uses a continuous filament of a thermoplastic material. It is popular as it is economical yet time-consuming, but 3DWOX 30X can realize a maximum speed of 300 mm per second, 50 percent faster than the conventional printers.

3DWOX 30X has two nozzles allowing the use of filaments of diverse texture. It allows installing eight colors of filament. The product has a “color automatic change” function, which automatically changes its color, so filaments can be changed into ones with different colors and different textures.

Users can chose diverse functions on a 10-inch full-color LCD screen.

Convenience has been enhanced by embracing Alexa, Amazon’s AI sound recognition function.

3DWOX 30X has employed a function of “flexible bed plate,” allowing printouts to be separated from the bed with ease.

Conventional mid- and low-priced printers have to use a sharp tool to separate printouts from the bed.

Software automatically adjusts the distance between bed and nozzle, contributing to securing the quality of printouts and minimizing fault rate. 3DWOX 30X also has a function of reducing noise and vibrations created in the production process.

Sindoh recently supplied 3DWOX 30X to MC Motors. MC Motors has produced specially designed passenger cars such as Kia Motors’ Carnival High-Limousine, Carnival Outdoor, Hyundai Motor’s Solati Limousine and Solati Tour. Sindoh sold 50 3DWOX 30X units to a global sports brand company.
