DK Urban Development and DK Asia will distribute “Royal Park City Prugio” near Geomam subway station in Incheon.

The city’s landmark apartment complex is designed to offer a differentiated sense of satisfaction with superb convenience and comfort facilities.

Royal Park City Prugio will be outfitted with spectacular design and landscape elements, but also software like residential services.

It aims to be the Incheon version of the nation’s prestigious apartment complex in Seoul called “Hannam the Hill.”
Royal Park City Prugio is a mammoth apartment complex with apartment buildings as high as 40 floors.

There is a combined 4,805 units, equivalent to that of a mini-satellite city. It boasts a “resort” concept and has been touted as a “vacation resort city.”

To this end, the developer teamed with the nation’s top brands to build the apartment complex, dubbed “Mini Everland.” There will be a water park with a flowing lazy river stretching 55 meters long.

Pulmuone Food and Culture will offer first-class meals to occupants at reasonable prices – getting the most bang for their buck.

Primary and secondary school students do not need to go outside the complex to receive educational programs by Jongro M School at a private educational zone.

Next-generation IoT services, to be offered by LG Electronics, will be made available, while the apartment complex will have community facilities like movie theater banquet rooms.

Guiding services for children returning home from school will be offered under a partnership with the global concierge service company DOPDA, while temporary mail custody services will be provided for free for three years. Royal Park City Prugio will offer convenient transportation.

Six community buses will be operated at an interval of five minutes for five years to ply from the apartment complex to the Geomam subway station.

The apartment complex bus will take occupants to the Geomam Station, a transfer station for Airport Railroad, in five minutes, allowing them to make it to Seoul Railroad Station in a combined 40 minutes.

Occupants will reach to the Dokjeong Station on the second subway line of Incheon by food in 10 minutes.

The apartment complex will be distributed for sale before July when a ban on the selling of the right to distribution rights will be expanded to cover more apartments in the Seoul metropolitan area, so it could be a target for investors who try to gain short-term profits. Model houses that go viral on-line are the subject of keen public attention.

The website for the apartment complex, opened in early this year, has topped 800,000 hits in cumulative number of viewers.

DK Urban Development and DK Asia stress Royal Park City Prugio will have spill-over effects to boost neighborhood apartment prices as Tower Palace in Dogok-dong, Seoul, and Hannam the Hill have transformed the image of the neighborhood apartment landscape.

The upcoming apartment complex will not end up just a living space for apartment dwells, but also it will represent a space for dwellers’ high-end standing, they said.

Small- and medium-sized apartment units with less than 85 meters in floor space will account for 90 percent of the complex’s total units that will be for public sale.

DK Urban Development and DK Asia will implement a 2nd project, called “Resort II” for 4,742 units, and a 3rd project, dubbed “Resort III” for 4,119 units on a gradual basis.

Chairman Kim Jung-mo of DK Urban Development and DK Asia said, “(We) have drawn up the apartment complex with a concept of creating a next-generation vacation resort city.”

The apartment complex will be a space in which many things can be solved with the available services, like in deluxe resort facilities, he said.

Chairman Kim noted that Royal Park City Prugio will serve as a “life city creator” to suggest alternatives to those who crave for new lifestyles.

Model units for Royal Park City Prugio will be opened for public view at an area in 57-4, Baekseok-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, on May 29.
