Opens first flagship store at Dubai Mall, first such outlet in Middle East region

AmorePacific’s brand innisfree opened a first flagship store at Dubai Mall, the first such outlet in the Middle East region on Feb. 27.
Dubai Mall, attracting more than 80 million visitors yearly, is one of Dubai’s representative shopping malls. The opening of the flagship store takes on significance as it is the sole innisfree outlet in the Middle East region in which foreigners can experience the brand’s naturalism concept.
The innisfree flagship store is filled with and natural materials, replete with Jeju heritage on top of inspirations from Jeju, the global renowned pristine island of Korea.
Visitors can try out and buy inninsfree’s innovative beauty items from there. Innisfree’s all skin care products, make-up and body collections can be purchased at reasonable prices. Diverse promotion and opening celebration events took place.
Hundred visitors were given a “Green Lucky Box” as a freebie in celebration of the opening of the flagship store. Dubai notables and opinion leaders were given the chance to get tips on innisfree skin care and be briefed on the brand’s major products.
“The opening of innisfree’s flagship store in the Dubai Mall is part of the brand’s efforts to expand global market presence on top of China, the United States and Canada beyond Korea,” said an innisfree official.

The brand plans to make all-out efforts to explore the Middle East market by introducing innovative innisfree skin care and make-up products suitable for the hot and dry climate of the region, the official added.
Innisfree, which means an island of healing for the skin, is Korea’s first naturalism beauty brand delivering the natural benefits of the clean and pure Jeju and offering healthy beauty to customers.
Innisfree offers outstanding products of Jeju’s natural ingredients, embodying the clean and pure natural environment, including its green tea, orchid and volcanic scoria lines, at reasonable prices. It is loved and adored, trusted by many customers in Korea as well as other countries across Asia.
Innisfree also pursues harmony between green nature and healthy beauty. It is dedicated to achieving eco-friendly green life to create a space where nature and skin heal.
AmorePacific opened a first outlet as a naturalism-oriented brand in Myeongdong, downtown Seoul, in December 2005. AmorePacific sq 100th innisfree outlet opening in 2007.
Innisfree released products targeting Chinse customers on a on-line channel, opened in early April, 2012.
The brand opend China’s first innisfree outlet in Shanghai. Currently, the brand runs a total of off-line 609 outlets, including the ones in Shanghai Super Brand Mall and Shisegae Department Store in Seoul, in November 2013, the brand opened an off-line outlet in Ochard Road, Singapore, Southeast Asia’s biggest shopping district and the global tourist destination.
Taiwan’s second innisfree outlet, which opened in June 2014, has grown to earn daily sales worth about 100 million won.
AmorePacific has expanded efforts to explore global markets as the cosmetics company opened a first innisfree outlet in Jakarta, Indonesia, in 2017, a first Japanese shop in Tokyo in 2018 and an outlet in Sephora in the United States last year. “Green Tea Seed Serum,” one of innisfree’s green tea line hit products, sells an average of eight bottles per minute.
