Millennium Seoul Hilton, Grand Hilton, Conrad Seoul, Hilton Gyeongju, and Hilton Busan are participating in a joint Instagram event.

Instagrammers will be invited to share their unforgettable stories about experiences at any of the Hilton properties using mentioned hashtag including #Hilton100Korea. Posts must be made by May 24, 2019.

The best storytellers will be chosen to receive prizes including: 5 Hilton Korea Journey vouchers for each of the five hotels, (1st Place, 1 winner), vouchers for each buffet restaurant from the five hotels (2nd Place, 5 winners), and more. Winners will be announced on May 31st. 

 
On May 31st, all the employees of Millennium Seoul Hilton will gather for a cake-cutting ceremony and a commemorative photo, to celebrate Hilton’s centennial anniversary and launch the worldwide menu.

The cake will be red velvet, which became a famous dessert at New York’s Waldorf Astoria (a Hilton property). These special items will be available at Millennium Seoul Hilton’s various restaurants, bar and deli from May 31st, 2019 until June 30, 2019.

The Hilton brand, having first opened its doors to the public in 1919, is celebrating its 100th year of operation, and all the Hilton-affiliated hotels are joining in on the celebration by bringing back the classic foods and drinks that helped put Hilton on the map.

Items such as Waldorf salad, brownies, Eggs Benedict, Pina Coladas, Thousand Island dressing, red velvet cake, and martinis were all either invented or made famous on Hilton properties, and will be on the menu at every Hilton location worldwide.

Grand Hilton Seoul, Hilton’s 100th Anniversary Promotion

Grand Hilton Seoul will present a variety of promotions, including the ‘100th Anniversary of Hilton’, ‘Instagram Event’, which offers abundant prizes, and ‘Hilton Classic menu’, which will feature the Hilton Signature menu.

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of Hilton’s founding on May 31, 2019, this promotion , jointly organized by Grand Hilton Seoul, Millennium Seoul Hilton, Conrad Seoul, Hilton Gyeongju and Hilton Busan; it was planned to give back to customers’ support.

The Instagram event, which runs until the 24th, is open to anyone who has visited Grand Hilton Seoul. The Hilton Korea journey voucher is featured to experience 5 Hilton to 1st price (1 person) by raising your personal account with the mandatory hashtag (#hilton100korea #GrandHiltonSeoul).

Buffet restaurant for 2 people will be 2nd price (1 person), 50,000 won voucher at Alpine Café & Deli is for 3rd price (1 person), and Happy Hour for 2 people at the entertainment bar, Terrace Lounge is for 4th price (1 person).. In addition, the Grand Hilton Seoul restaurant offers the ‘Hilton Classic Menu’, which is now available for customers to enjoy the Hilton Signature menus that have been loved for centuries. It is available to try from May 31st to June 30th at the on-site restaurant.

The ‘Buffet Restaurant’ was originally created in 1896 at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York (Hilton’s premier luxury brand), you may try the ‘Waldorf Salad’ which is the standard of American salad dishes with more than 100 buffet menus. The price is 80,000~ 85,000 won. Reservation 02-2287-8271

The All Day Dining restaurant ‘Atrium’ is offering ‘Eggs Benedict’ which was originated from a special order from a hangover guest at the Waldorf Hotel in 1894 along with “Waldorf Salad“. The price is 19,000 won each. Reservation 02-2287-8270.

The Bakery Shop ‘Alpine Deli’ presents a “Red Velvet Cake” that started at the Waldorf Hotel in the 1920, and a “Brownie”, which was started at the Palmer House Hilton in Chicago. Entertainment bar, Terrace Lounge presents “Martini” which started at the Waldorf 1890, and “Pina Colada”, the first attempted drink at the Caribbean Hilton in 1978. The price of cakes are 45,000 each, cocktail is 13,000 won.

Inspired by Hilton’s menus and recipes developed over the past 100 years and Gyeongju’s landmark, Cheomseongdae, Hilton Gyeongju created the Cheomseongdae chocolate mousse that is offered at Da Vinci.
