Presales Start Doe SK E&C’s Duho SK View Prugio Complex
The apartment complex to be built in Pohang City jointly with Daewoo E&C has 1,321 apts in 14 buildings; surrounded by beautiful natural scenery with easy accesses to public facilities, including schools, medical clinics and highways

SK E&C and Daewoo E&C have started presales of the Duho SK View Prugio apartments located in Duho-dong, Pohang City, North Gyeongsang Province.


The complex will have two basement floors in 14 buildings that are 29 stories high. There will be 1,321 apartments in all ranging from 74 to 84 sq. meters, out of which 756 units will be for general public buyers. They can move into their apartments from January 2020.


The construction firm thinks various events held at the model apt. on display is sure to attract the potential customers.


The officials assigned to the model home say they held many events there last year to bring in potential buyers to the model house. This year will be no exception, they said, and many events will be held to lure potential customers continuous interest in the new apartments to be put on presale.


They plan to put up the first batch of 50 apartments, they said, advising the interested buyers should move fast because the units will not last long. The Duho-dong area in Pohang, where the new apartment complex is to be built, is in the center of residential districts in the port city, the home to POSCO, the global steelmaker with the extensive steel plants in the city.


There are a number of excellent schools in the area, including the Duho Southern Primary School, the Pohang High School and others within walking distance, including Changpo Middle School, Pohang Girls Middle School and Pohang Girls High School, which is part of the famous school group in the city nearby.


Also located close to the complex are Hanaro Mart, Homplus, Lotte Department Store, CGV, an Art Museum, among others, the facilities necessary for the daily lives of the residents in the complex.


The residential complex is also known for its easy access to a number of key streets leading to major highways, including the Saechonyon Road, and the Pohang Traffic Corner, among others, with the Pohang Outer City Bus Terminal, the Pohang Express Bus Terminal and the KTX Pohang Station located not far from the complex.


Also eye-catching are some of the designs for the new residential complex including a design that will have all of the apartments facing south for maximum sunlight, which comes in handy during the cold season to keep them warm and saving on heating expenses. Such daily living facilities as the “Alpha room” and pantry shops along the hallways will be designed to offer easy access to the residents by maximizing the spaces available.


 The residents should enjoy the scenery around the complex as some 35 percent of the site has been saved for things to make the natural surroundings nicer. Resting places were built, including for playing and planting beautiful plants and trees.


 The community facilities will include a children’s home, fitness center, indoor golf course, reading room, and the senior people’s room, among others.


They went extra mile to strengthen the security around the convenience and crime prevention facilities inside the complex, including no-man emergency bells in the underground parking lots, no-man home delivery system, and distance gauge checking system, among others. The complex will be equipped with SKT Smart System App., a high-tech IoT service to make the life better at the complex for the residents.


 Last but not least, financial benefits await those who bought the apartments such as no interest charged on the 5 million won down payment and the mid-term payment money and for balconies built later for no extra charges. Other financial benefits include the delay of the last portion of the money for the apartments with 20 percent of the 30 percent of the entire payment for the apartments can be delayed for as long as two years.
