GS E&C Ready to Undergo Presale of 28,000 Apt. Units around the Country
Sales to start this month with the Bangbae Gran Xi Complex, including 758 apt. units in Seoul with varying sizes but smaller than 85 sq. meters

GS E&C is slated to begin the presale of its newly built apartments around the country, starting with the Bangbae Gand Xi Complex located in Seocho Ward in Seoul this month.
The construction firms put on sale some 28,000 apartment units, including 12,000 units in the Seoul area and 2,000 units in local regions around the country, including 21,000 units either reconstructed or redeveloped sharing 74 percent of total apartments to be put on presale. The construction firm has been leading the residential housing market in the past several years.
The following are some of the apartment complexes with the brand name of Xi to be put on presale around the country:
Bangbae Gran Xi: The complex is located in Bangbae-dong, Seoul, with eight 20-storey buildings, comprising 758 apt. units with varying sizes but around 80 percent of them are smaller than 85 sq. meters in size. The complex has easy access to major expressways leading to the center of Seoul, such as the Seocho Grand Highway, the Southern Circular Highway, and the Seoul-Busan Expressway.
A number of huge art facilities surround the complex, including the Sejong Center of Performing Arts, and the National Central Library, among others.
Seocho Gran Xi: This is the residential complex rebuilt on the site of the Seocho Rainbow Apartment Complex in Seocho-dong, southern Seoul, made of nine 35-storey buildings with four basement floors with 1,446 apartment units on a site as large as 2.5 times the regular soccer field.
The community facilities to be built in the complex include a swimming pool, spa, and indoor golf course, among others. The complex is in the vicinity of thee major subway stations such as the Gyodae Station of the No. 2 Subway Line, the Gangnam Station on the Shinbundang Line and the Yangjae Station where the trains on Shinbundang Line and No. 3 Subway Line make stops.
Samsong Xi the Village: This is the complex of individual residents located in the Samsong District in Goyang City, Gyeonggi Province, combining the advantages of an individual residential house and an apartment with 84 sq. meters in size.
The complex will have 429 individual houses with individual parking spaces, private gardens, terraces, and attic room to suit the lifestyle, tastes and habits of the residents. A “Smart” system will be added to the existing convenience of the Xi brand apartments.
Gwacheon Xi: 1,282 apartments located in Byolyang-dong, Gwacheon City, Gyeonggi Province, will be completely rebuilt and supplied in the name of Gwacheon Xi. The complex will be reborn with 2,099 apartments in 32 buildings 25 stories high each with three basement floors.
Located nearby from the complex is Mt. and the Central Park, and the Sports Park and the Seoul University Park, the Gwanak Multiple Cultural and Tourism Complex and other cultural and sports facilities around the residential complex to be rebuilt, which also has an easy access to major transportation facilities including the Gwacheon Station of the No. 4 Subway Line.
Songnam Kodung Xi: The complex will have 364 apartment units and 363 officetels - all with a single size of 84 sq. meters built on a site as large as 569,000 sq. meters, with some part of the site located in the nearby Shihung-dong. The apartments for lease and under the Happy Residents Project will also be built in the location, which will come to total 4,000 units combined with those in the complex. They all will be allocated on the presale system from May.
The location will be counted among the coveted Pan-Gangnam Region in Seoul, combining the Seocho-dong, Naegok-doing, in Seoul with Shinkyo New City and Pangyo City in Gyeonggi Province not far from the complex.
