Samsung C&T Co. opened a model home for its new Remian Bucheon Urban Vista, an apartment complex to be built in the Songnae Nos. 1 and 2 District in Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province.

The construction company is returning to Bucheon five years after it supplied the Remian Bucheon Jungdong Apt. Complex.

The new complex will have four underground floors, and eight buildings. Each will have 29 stories above the ground with a combined total of 831 apartment. Out of which, 497 will have sizes ranging from 49 to 114 sq. meters and will be available for allocation, except those reserved for members of cooperatives. The unit price will start at 16 million won per 3.3 sq. meters.

Applications for the allocation will be accepted from Feb. 4. With applications submitted on Feb. 5 to be given No.1 priority, those submitted the next day, Feb. 6, given the No. 2 priority order.

For apartments up for general allocation, those with the sizes below 85 sq. meters, successful applicants will be selected on the basis of points and 60 percent based on recommendations. For apartments 114 sq. meters in size, winners will be selected wholly on recommendations.

The successful applicants are to be announced on March 13, with the official contracts to be signed from March 24-27 at the model house. The first installment of contract money will be 10 million won.

Apartments will be ready for occupation in August 2022.
The location of the Remian Bucheon Urban Vista is about 500 meters from Subway No. 1’s Jungdong Station, while Yeongdongpo and Yeouido are accessible thru the Gyeongin Highway.

Residents in the complex can drive to the southern and northern areas of Gyeonggi Province via the Songnae IC of the Seoul Circular Highway.

The model house is located near the complex at 16, 21 Jungdong Road, Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province.

The spirit of giving abounded this past festive season at Samsung C&T’s Trading and Construction office in Seoul, too, as employees came together to take part in two dynamic and heartwarming fundraising events – all for charity.

The event saw over 400 employees of the Seoul office donate over 15.6 million won during the charity contest period, a figure that was then doubled by Samsung C&T who pledged to match each and every donation made by employees – bringing the total amount raised for charity to over 31 million won.
