Opens open-source AL analytics platform ¡°Brightics Studio¡± to spearhead the AI analytics ecosystem

Samsung SDS held the Samsung Techtonic 2018, a first developer conference by the company with the largest number of developers among Korean IT service companies, designed to expand developers¡¯ ecosystem, at Samsung SDS Jamsil Campus on Nov. 15.
Approximately 1,000 people, including IT developers, college students, doctorate & master¡¯s degree holders, participated in the conference and shared cases of innovating customers¡¯ needs via new technologies such as AI, analytics, blockchain, IoT and security and development knowhow.

In a keynote speech, Samsung SDS CTO Yoon Shim stressed Samsung SDS¡¯s collaboration with global partners, the securing of innovative technologies, and future technology roadmap. In particular, Samsung SDS opened the open-source AL analytics platform ¡°Brightics Studio¡± to spearhead the AI analytics ecosystem.
Brightics Studio is an open-source version of the Brightics AI, an analytics platform for corporate customers¡¯ large capacity data analyses. The opened platform allows non-professionals to use at ease all functions necessary for analyzing all data, including deep-learning, without specified coding.
People can download Brightics Studio at the Brightics AI website (www.brightics.ai) and GitHub (www.github.com/brightics/studio) for free.
Samsung SDS attracted the OKKYCON 2018, hosted by OKKY, Korea¡¯s largest developer community, on Oct. 18 to expand developers¡¯ exchanges. On upcoming Nov. 23, the company plans to open its campus in Jamsil to the Agile Korea Conference 2018.
