It’s getting to be that time of year again – and to help spread Christmas spirit and Yuletide joy to everyone in Seoul, Millennium Seoul Hilton will unveil its Christmas Tree and ever-popular Christmas Train on November 22nd. 

This year marks the twenty-third anniversary of this beloved holiday tradition.

For over two decades, every year a grand 10-meter Christmas Tree is placed in the center of the main lobby to welcome guests to Millennium Seoul Hilton and warm people’s hearts with Christmas cheer. 

In the Lower Lobby, designers and engineers skillfully recreate a miniature village in the Alps, complete with snow-capped mountains, tunnels, wooden bridges and hot air balloons. 

The highlight, of course, for both children and adults who are young at heart, is the Christmas Train, a collection of around 75 exquisitely handcrafted locomotives and railroad cars that will chug their way through the little village. 

This year, the display will include appearances of Milton, the hotel’s mascot chipmunk, searching for Santa.

The Christmas Train represents a time-honored tradition at Millennium Seoul Hilton. 

Now celebrating its twenty-third year, the unveiling of the Christmas Train marks, for many, the start of the Christmas season, much like the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade does in New York.

The spirit of Christmas is also remembered as domestic and international companies are invited to sponsor railroad cars.  All proceeds are then distributed to a local charity organization. 

The Christmas display will remain up for viewing until January 20th, 2019. 
Millennium Seoul Hilton will also be hosting special festive events to help you celebrate with your family and loved ones. 

Il Ponte, the hotel’s popular Italian restaurant, will host a special romantic holiday meal for couples on December 24th, 25th and 31st. 

Café 395, the hotel’s flagship all-day dining and buffet restaurant will have special festive feasts on December 22nd-25th. 

Taipan, the hotel’s vibrant Chinese restaurant, will also host special meals on December 23rd, 24th, 25th and the 31st. 

Oak Room, the hotel’s English bar will throw a Countdown to 2019 party and buffet on December 31st.

여정이 시작된다!

알프스 산골 마을의 풍경으로 꾸며지는 지하 1층 분수대 주위에는 미국인 전문

엔지니어가 정교하게 제작한 크리스마스 열차가 전자동 시스템에 의해 전시 기간 동안

 쉬지 않고 운행된다.

빠른 속도로 달리는 고속열차, 터널, 다리를 건너 운행하는 화물 열차, 스키장 등 다양하고

깜찍한 모양의 열차 75여 대와 이국적인 알프스 배경의 조형물들이 전시 기간 내내

후원사의 로고를 달고 운행 및 전시되게 된다.

이에, 밀레니엄 서울힐튼의 마스코트 ‘밀튼’이 곳곳에 숨어서 선물을 배달하는

산타를 찾는 모형이 익살스럽게 형상화되어 그 재미를 더할 예정이다.

크리스마스 열차는 2018년 11월 22일부터 2019년 1월 20일까지 운행되며

산타를 활용한 다양한 포토존을 설치한다.

크리스마스 이브에 기억에 남을 만한 근사한 저녁 식사를 원하는 커플들을 위해

이태리 식당 일폰테(12월 24일, 25일, 31일),

올데이다이닝 카페 395(12월 22일, 23일, 24일, 25일),

중식당 타이판(12월 23일, 24일, 25일, 31일)에서는

페스티브 시즌 특별 메뉴를 선보이며,

영국풍 바 오크룸에서는 12월 31일(월)에

‘2019년 새해 맞이 카운트다운 송년 파티 뷔페’를 각각 선보일 예정이다.
