Hallyu fans continue to be captivated with exotic sounds in songs and dances embedded deeply in ancient Korean music

CJ ENM, a global fusion content commercial enterprise, has picked Thailand as the next target country for KCON to show off the exotic songs and dances of Hallyu, designed to captivate fans around the world. KCON USA swept New York and Los Angeles, making Hallyu fans go wild, and organizers don¡¯t want to lose momentum.
They are moving quickly to the next target country for fans hungry for Korean culture and music.
This is the first tour of southeast Asia for KCON. They are scheduled to perform on Sept. 29 (Saturday) and Sept. 30 (Sunday) at Impact Arena and Impact International Exhibition Center in Bangkok under the headlines of KCON 2018 Thailand and KCON 2018 Thai.
Impact Arena is the largest performance hall in all of Thailand. It has hosted such global performers as Elton John, Maroon 5, Big Bang and BTU.
KCON kicked off its world tour in 2012 with the U.S. being its first stage, followed by Japan (Tokyo) in 2015, France (Paris), United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi) in 2016, Mexico City and Sydney, Australia in 2017. Performers staged their inimitable arts before some 700,000 fans so far to continue to make efforts to expand the Hallyu fan base around the world.
KCON USA captivated Hallyu fans again in America, with exciting beats and tunes colored with ancient traditional Korean culture. KCON NY enthralled the East Coast when it was performed at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, June 23-24. KCON LA unveiled its magical numbers at the Los Angeles Convention Center and STAPLES Center, Aug. 10-12.
KCON is devoted to bringing ¡°All Things Hallyu¡± to North America and the world.
Hallyu, aka the "Korean Wave," refers to the rise in popularity of Korean entertainment and culture around the world.
This year's convention marks KCON's seventh year of celebrating Korean culture around the world. The convention showcased various aspects of Korean culture and entertainment; from beauty to snacks and music to dance, there is something for everyone at KCON.

The full artist lineup for ¡®KCON 2018 THAILAND¡¯, to be held at the Impact Arena in Bangkok on Sept. 29 includes, Golden Child, MONSTA X, Sunmi, Stray Kids, Wanna One, Chung Ha and Nature.
