Group names Lee Yong-koo acting chmn. to join Acting Chairman Shin Myung-ho and Acting Chmn. Lee Sei-joong to make up new management

Booyoung Group set up a triangular management system with Lee Yong-koo, former chairman of Daelim Industry Group, having been picked as an acting chairman, the group said on Aug. 19.
The acting chairman was officially inaugurated in a ceremony on Aug. 20 at the auditorium located at the group¡¯s head office in Jung Ku, Seoul, the group said.
The new acting chairman joined Acting Chairman Shin Myung-ho and also Acting Chairman Lee Sei-joong to make up a triangular management of the group, taking charge of the technology and overseas operation of the group. Acting Chmn. Shin will take care of the general affairs while Acting Chmn. Lee Sei-joong takes charge of the legal affairs.
Acting Chmn. Lee, as former president and former chmn. of Daelim Industry from 2000 to 2011, accumulated significant experience for housing construction sector. He also held the position of chmn. of Korea Construction Association in 2006 and chairman of the Overseas Construction Association of Korea from 2006 to 2009.
He said he will do his best to expand the technology and overseas operation of the group while continue to strengthening the group¡¯s tight internal management, which is already strong.

Leasing business earns less profit compared to other housing businesses. However, the rate of leases is much more stable than sales, resulting in making the business risk-free. In other words, leasing business isn¡¯t as fast as a bicycle, but is stable and safe like a tricycle.
President Lee Joongkeun¡¯s management philosophy was gained through his own experience. A company¡¯s goal & duty is about its existence itself, rather than about constant growth. A large company is not exclusively owned by its owner or president.
