A lottery subscription for selling Cheolsan Central Prugio Apartment units, to be built by Daewoo E&C, has been completed. The competition ratio of the lottery stood at an average 18.48:1.

The Korea Financial Telecommunications & Clearings Institute said 3,715 people, who are qualified for the 1st-ranked subscription, applied to be among the lottery to select 201 units in the Cheolsan Central Prugio Apartment. Except ones for special sales, the competition ratio came out as 18.48:1 and the highest competition ratio of 31:1.

The units put on the block were sold out to 1st-ranked subscription qualifiers.

By housing type, six units each with 105 sq. meters in floor space for exclusive use drew 186 applicants to record a competition ratio of 31:1, the highest among the five housing types. Next came 14 units, each with 84 sq. meters in floor space, which attracted 307 applicants. They had a competition ratio of 21.93:1.

And 81 B housing units with 84 sq. meters in floor space attracted 1,543, the highest number. Forty-one units for the A housing type with 59 sq. meters in floor space drew 679 applicants to log a competition ratio of 16.56:1 while 59 units for the B housing type with 59 sq. meters attracted 1,000 applicants to post a completion ratio of 16.95:1.

Officials with the lottery of the Cheolsan Central Prugio Apartment said the apartment’s location, conditions such as easy access to subway line No. 7 and major commercial building complexes nearby aroused interest of end users in the area.

Prugio’s differentiation points met consumers’ needs, they said.

The Cheolsan Central Prugio Apartment project calls for the construction of seven apartments, each with 29 floors and two basement levels, which range from 59 to 105 sq. meters in floor space.

They are being built on the former site of the 4th Cheolsan LH housing complex.

The outcomes of the lottery will be unveiled on Aug. 3. Contracts will be signed for three days from Aug. 14 to Aug. 16. Moving is slated to start in March 2021.

대우건설이 경기 광명 철산동에서 선보인 ‘철산 센트럴 푸르지오’아파트가

평균 18.48대 1의 청약경쟁률을 기록하며 전주택형 1순위 당해에서 청약을 마감했다.

금융결제원에 따르면 지난 26일 ‘철산 센트럴 푸르지오’의 1순위 청약을 진행한 결과

특별공급을 제외한 총 201가구 모집에 3,715명이 청약을 접수하면서 평균 18.48대 1,

최고 31대 1의 경쟁률로 전가구 1순위 당해 마감됐다.

주택형별로는 전체 5개 타입 중 전용 105㎡가 6가구 모집에 186명이 몰리며

최고 경쟁률인 31대 1을 기록했다. 전용 84㎡A타입도 21.93대 1의

경쟁률(14가구, 307건 접수)을 기록하며 높은 인기를 끌었다.

그밖에 ▲전용 84㎡B타입이 81가구 모집에 1,543명이 몰리면서

가장 많은 청약건수를 기록했고 ▲전용 59㎡A타입 16.56대 1(41가구, 679건 접수)

▲전용 59㎡B타입 16.95대 1(59가구, 1000건 접수)을 기록했다.

철산 센트럴 푸르지오 분양관계자는 “광명 철산동 10년만에 공급되는

새아파트이자 지하철7호선 철산역 및 중심상업시설이 인접 등 입지가 우수해

지역내 실수요자들의 관심이 집중됐다“ 며 “중소형 위주의 평면구성과 수납특화,

공간특화 등 푸르지오 만의 차별화된 상품을 구성한 것이 수요자 니즈를

충족시킨 것 같다”고 말했다.

한편, 경기 광명시 철산동 철산주공4단지를 재건축해 짓는

 ‘철산 센트럴 푸르지오’는 지하 2층~지상 29층, 7개 동, 전용면적 59~105㎡,

총 798가구 규모로 조성된다.

당첨자 발표는 8월 3일이며, 정당계약은 14일부터 16일까지 3일간 진행된다.

입주는 2021년 3월 예정이다.
