Sindoh participated in the Inside 3D Printing Conference & Expo 2018 as a main sponsor of the event that took place at KINTEX, north of Seoul, from June 27 to June 29.
Spectators crowded Sindoh¡¯s pavilion in which they were given the chance to get a detailed explanation of five new products Sindoh released during the expo, all of which attracted keen attention.
The Inside 3D Printing Conference & Expo is one of the world¡¯s largest 3D printing and manufacturing exhibitions. The expo, which made its debut in New York in 2013, takes place in 12 major cities. The latest expo that took place at KINTEX Exhibition 1 was the largest-ever in Asia.
Sindoh¡¯s participation in the Inside 3D Printing Conference & Expo 2018 was designed to provide support to the 3D printing industry in Korea and abroad and showcase their own technologies.
Sindoh President Lee Byung-baek delivered a keynote speech under the theme ¡°3D Printing and 4th Industrial Revolution¡± to give participants an insight into the 3D printing industry, which is being utilized in such diverse industrial sectors as medical care, education, and architecture and envision its future. In particular, President Lee forecast that the 3D printing will be part of people¡¯s daily lives in the mid-2020s. He cited printing output speed, quality and price as challenging tasks the 3D printing industry will have to tackle for the development of the industry.
The reason behind Sindoh¡¯s popularity was owed to the company¡¯s release of five new 3D printers. In particular, two kinds of 3D printers employing the stereo lithography apparatus (SLA) method with a focus on the industry community drew keen attention from participants.
They are capable of making more refined printouts in a faster fashion compared to the fused filament fabrication (FFF) method. Riding on the features, the products are in high demand in such industrial sectors as medical care and education.
Three models were added to a list of products based on the FFF method, which have served as the company¡¯s mainstay products, including the conventional 3DWOX200, 3DWOX201, and 3DWOX2X. Beginners can use them at ease and produce printout at an economical fashion. Themoplastic resin is fabricated with more than 180 degrees of heat and pressure like a thin-threat to print out layers one by one.
During the expo, Sindoh introduced the printout agent service ¡°3D Square¡± to provide a wide range of services with technologies and equipment the company has accumulated or owned. The company offers diverse services ranging from 3D file production to scanning and reverse printout.
