Lotte Engineering and Construction Co. is slated to sell off the Gimpo Han River Lotte Castle and start to receive the buyer applications for those new apartments by the Han River, consisting of 32 rows of apartment. Building complexes to be built on a lot in Woonyang-dong, Gimpo, Gyeonggi Province.
The sizes of the apartments will range from 67 to 84 sq. meters for 912 apartments, 67 sq. meters for 206 apartments, and 84 sq. meters for 706 apartments which will have excellent environment including transportation, education, with easy accesses to convenient facilities including the Charlotte Service and natural surroundings.
The residents will be able to easily rent home appliances including TV, refrigerators, and washing machines. They can also rent air cleaners and water purifiers on easy terms. Lotte Construction will also make available various daily services including car sharing, breakfast delivery and home care, among others, for the comfort of the residents.
Also available will be the furniture exchange service when residents have to change their furniture due to the changes in the number of the family members.
Also available is the Castle Link Service. When a resident has to move to another location in the country, he can move into a Lotte Castle apartment under a lease agreement with the Castle Link Service in the new city. If he should move out of the apartment before the signed date, he won’t have to pay fines as stated in the lease agreement. Model houses for the new apartments are set to open in June with the new apartments will be open to take up residences sometime in Nov. this year.
The purpose of the agreement is to develop two apartment buildings in the commercial zone of Alam Sutera, a new town located to the west of Jakarta. The B1 to 39F buildings are scheduled to house 502 households.
The construction is scheduled to start in March 2019 and be completed in November 2021. Lotte E&C is estimating the total sales of the project at $100 million.
 Lotte E&C has been exploring countries in southeast Asia for large construction projects, including housing and infrastructural projects, and the Saumata housing project signed with the Vasanta Indo Properti in Indonesia will be a stepping stone for Lotte E&C’s further advancement into the region.
The Korean builder will take on such construction sectors as housing, commercial complexes, the projects for the development of the transportation terminals, among others. Lotte E&C officials said we have been working hard under the slogan “the Year for Solidifying the Foundation for Global Lotte,” to build a foundation for its overseas advancement, which is showing very good results.
In the 17th of this month (Sat), Lotte Construction provided an opportunity of hiking in Cheonggye Mountain. The event was attended by a total of 110 persons including 40 representatives of excellent suppliers, together with Park Chang-gyu, the President of Lotte Construction, as well as its officers. This event, which was progressed with hiking for approx. 3 hours, was prepared to enable the participants to exchange their difficulties and dilemmas open-mindedly for the promotion of continuous shared growth.
The participants tried to establish camaraderie during this hiking event by helping and receiving help in their efforts. They enthusiastically chanted a slogan “Towards the Peak Altogether” in loud voices at the Isubong Peak of Cheonggye Mountain, expressing their sincere pursuit of becoming the best.
