Chairman Kim Bong-soo has been reappointed to serve his second  term until Dec. 29, 2013 to head the Korea Exchange by Financial Services Commission on Oct. 26, the Korea Exchange said recently.

 FSC cited as reasons for his reappointment his reform of the management of the Korea Exchange, improved labor-management relations, excellent results from the overseas operations, among others. His first three-year terms ended on Oct. 31.
