Available on October 7th and 8th only at dinnertime, the Wine and Dine Festival will be a wonderful opportunity to enjoy an eight-course tasting menu accompanied by four complementary wines.  Paired to enhance the enjoyment of both the food and the wine, this dinner is an epicurean treat for both gastronomes and oenophiles.

Some of the exquisite dishes to be featured include: Burgundy Snails “Fricasee” with Herbs, Potato Foam and Nutmeg; Lamb and Arugula Agnolotti with Light Garlic Cream and Parsley Oil; Wagyu Beef Rossini with Perigueux Sauce, etc. Paired wines will include 2013 Morning Fog Chardonnay from Wente, 2013 Camel Road Monterey Pinot Noir, 2014 Bad Boy Thunevin, and a 2012 Chateau Brane Cantenac Margaux wines, all chosen to complement the courses being served.

The Wine and Dine Dinner is priced at KW210,000 (includes the dinner and paired wines).
