Daewoo E&C has been selling its Ilsan Edufore Prugio Apartment Complex, which is to be built at 100-1, Tanhyun-dong, West Ilsan, Koyang City, Gyeonggi Province.

The company boasts that the complex is near middle and high schools, which are considered some of the best schools in the province, and the location is also easily accessible to the walks on Mt. Hwangyong.
The complex is slated to be completed around October 2018, with 84 sq.-meter and below apartments taking up around 92 percent of all the units to be built. Apartments with a size of 59 sq. meters will total 306 units; those with 62 sq. meters in total space 91 units; 74 sq. meters 367 units; 84 sq. meters 784 units; and 99 sq. meters 142 units. The price per pyeong (3.3 sq. meters) has been tagged at 9.6 million won with the second payment installment to be interest free. The initial payment is set at 5 million won for all sizes of apartments and the rights for the apartments can be transferred to others after six months lapsed after the initial payment of the apartments agreed to be purchased is paid off.
The project boasts a number of advantages, such as being so close to middle and high schools, ensuring safety for the children of the families taking up residence in the complex. In addition, school buses from private tutoring schools located in Ilsan are pick up children.
Another advantage is Mt. Hwangyong, which is located nearby, so that residents living in the complex can take a walk on the mountain easily. Also located nearby the complex are Tanhyun Park, Ilsan¡¯s Lake Park and Woonjong Lake Park, which all allow residents to have an outdoor lunch after taking a walk along a lake.
The complex has easy access to railroad stations, with Tanyun and Yadang Stations of the Kyungui Railroad Line only five minutes away by car. Freedom Highway, the 2nd Freedom Highway and the Seoul Circular Highway are all easily accessible through the Woonjong Interchange. In addition, the 2nd Seoul Circular Highway will be accessible when it is completed in 2024, further improving traffic conditions for the complex¡¯s residents.
Another advantage for the complex is that residents can share diverse infrastructure, such as those in nearby cities like Ilsan, Paju and Woonjong; there are easily accessible places like E-Mart in Woonjong, Dukee Rodeo Street, Doosan W¡¯eve the Zenith and Paju Book City. There is also Kintex, which is only 4 km away from the complex. Residents can also use the cultural, commercial and government agency offices in those cities in addition to the Shinsegye Outlet in Paju, Lotte Premium Outlet and other shopping malls in those cities and the nearby areas.
Major structures in the complex are to be built to face a southerly direction. All parking lots will be built underground so that no cars will be seen above ground.
The construction company plans to have the important facilities situated at the center of the complex to maximize accessibility from inside the complex. Facilities include a large fitness center, golf practice course (including screen golf), a reading room, a cafe, a guesthouse, a family room, and community convenience facilities.
The ¡°62B type¡± apartments will have three-faced balconies, each to widen the service areas as much as possible. ¡°74A type¡± units were designed to allow as much sunlight into the apartment as possible; they will also maximize air circulation as they will be based on the ¡°4BAY¡± set up. Other features include: a supplementary kitchen facility, pantry, walk-in closet, and two-faced cabinets in the entrance halls.
The ¡°84A/B/C¡± types and ¡°99¡±-type units will also have the ¡°4BAY¡± structure with large dressing rooms (Alpha Room) suitable for different lifestyles. They will also have two-face utility cabinets in entrance halls with specially designed kitchens.
The underground parking lots will have CCTV cameras in the elevators, entrances, and digital recording systems to supplement the non-personal safeguard system and a goods delivery system.
