Daelim Industrial Co. signed an MOU with Abeinsa Co. to cooperate on the Spanish company¡¯s projects on hydro-electric generation dam, portable water and sewage systems, the construction firms said recently.
The company said the signing took place at its head office in Suseong-dong, Seoul, with President Kim Dong-soo of Daelim Industry and President Kim Sang-woo of Daelim Energy signing on Dec. 3 -- with their Spanish counterparts signing for Abeinsa.
Abeinsa is the engineering, construction and concession-type infrastructure business unit of parent company Abengoa, founded in 1941 in Seville.
