Jungheung Construction Co. opened its model house to the public on June 27 and started offering sales contracts for its residential apartments in the Jungheung S-Class Eco-City in the M6 Block of the 3-2 Life Sphere in Sejong Metropolitan City.
The massive apartment complex has 19 29-story buildings with two basement floors each with 900 apartments in varying sizes including 632 apartments with 84 sq. meters in total space, 155 apartments with 98 sq. meters in size, and 113 apartments with 109 sq. meters in size.
The huge residential complex is likely to enjoy all kinds of administrative advantages provided by the Sejong Metropolitan City as it is located in Life Sphere No. 3, which includes Sejong City Hall, the Education Office, the Judiciary Office and the Prosecutor¡¯ Office, among others, and such national policy institutes as the Korea Development Institute, the Tax Research Institute, the Legal Research Institute and the National Land Research Institute will also soon locate their offices in the sphere, too.

The builder also gave 100 million won to the organizing committee of the Gwangju Summer Universiad scheduled to be held in Gwangju in 2015 and 50 million won to four scholarship foundations, as President Chung was the vice chairman of the Gwangju Athletics Association from 2004-2013.
