We’Ve the Zenith Apartment Complex in Ilsan, Gyeonggi Province. 

The Ilsan Doosan We’Ve the Zenith Apartment Complex, built by Doosan Engineering and Construction Co., has emerged as something new in the apartment market in Korea with its unique sales strategy, including some benefits for buyers not seen in the market before.

Its exhilarating long-term lease system including conditions that pay as much as 1.7 million won per month to tenants who pay from 22 to 25 percent of the price of the apartment for the right to live there for three years.

In addition, the landlord will pay all the fees and charges related to the management of the apartment except the power and water bills. What’s more surprising is if the residents don’t want to continue to live in the apartment when the three-year term expires, they will get the advance payment back and they don’t have to pay back the money they got monthly while living in the apartment for three years.

The Doosan We’Ve the Zenith Apartment Complex, consisting of eight apartment buildings is located in Tanhyun-dong in the West District in Ilsan, Gyeonggi Province, with each of them 59-stories high with five-floors of basements and a total of 2,700 apartment units. 

The complex has various community facilities including a communication system in its four zones, which are the Living Care Zone, Education Zone, Health Care Zone, and Rest & Recreation Zone, offering one-stop life services to its residents.

The Living Care Zone is a cafe where the residents of the complex can gather for coffee or for light meals. It is equipped with a library, a study, a music room for with acoustic walls for playing musical instruments, rooms for adults, a laundry room, and a postal service room where residents can arrange for delivery of something outside the complex and receive home deliveries as well.

The Education Zone is ready with various facilities for lectures on various subjects by teachers living in the complex, especially foreign languages for children and internet lectures for adults. There will also be a room for math lessons with visiting teachers and TV screens, along with a playroom for children and a kid’s club for babies with nurses taking care of them. 

The Health Care Zone has a golf practice area with screen golf facility, a room for calisthenics, yoga, and stretching, and for diverse leisure facilities.

The Rest and Recreation Zone has lodging facilities like top-class hotels where guests can stay overnight, like a luxury guesthouse designed like those in other cities such as New York, London, Paris, Dubai, Los Angeles, and Tokyo. There will also be facilities for birthday parties and other celebrations.

The transportation service and ambience facilities at the complex are excellent, with the Gyeongui Rail Line connected to the complex with a bridge. It takes only half an hour to reach Seoul Station with access to a number of highways including the Seoul Circulatory Highway running through Goyang and Ilsan New Town and leading to downtown Seoul, and even the Gangnam area in southern Seoul.

There will also be a shopping area in the center of the complex, We’Ve the Zenith Square, with two stories aboveground and two underground levels, with the Ikea in the center of the mall already in operation and E-Mart Every Day ready to open soon.

The square is a sunken mall down to the first underground level taking up a large space. The first floor of the square is designed like street malls in Paris and New York and the second floor has terrace malls connected to the Tanhyun Rail Station through a bridge with a number of cafes in various styles.
