Joo Young-jin is a recognized legislative budget expert who served as a senior member of the National Assembly¡¯s Land, Infrastructure and Transport Committee and a senior member of the Special Budget Settlement Committee and then as the chief of the National Assembly Budget Office.
He has been tirelessly studying while contributing his talent to the development of the National Assembly based on his experience and passion.
Chairman Joo is a visiting professor at the Seoul National University¡¯s Graduate School of Public Administration and an adjunct professor at Hanyang University, Chung-Ang University, Sogang University, and Seoul National University.
Chairman Joo is also active as a legislative advisor to councils of Anyang, Anseong, Pyeongtaek, Seongnam, Uiwang and Boeun-gun, contributing to the development of regional councils and lecturing for the development of the regional councils.
The Korea Parliamentary Research Institute, a corporation under the National Assembly Secretariat composed of former parliamentary officials, is based on friendship and conducts three projects with membership fees and state subsidies.

Chairman Joo, a devout Christian and an elder at his church, is the president of the Laity Policy Research Center and an auditor of the headquarters and an elected representative of the Legislative Assembly at the Christian Methodist Church.
His hobbies include traveling abroad, taking walks, and watching Christian films.
Joo does not stop studying and working as a good influencer for the country.
